SYNOPSIS

Spanish Brass takes listeners on a musical journey from Bach through Lutoslawski by way of Henry Mancini, Nino Rota and Fats Waller, among others. At this concert, the audience will discover with their eyes and ears the elements that make up the music that they are listening to. The musicians, who have worked with choreographer Toni Jodar, play with space and their bodies while they play the music, gradually suggesting figures that appear, evolve and fade away while the music also emerges, evolves and goes quiet.

Metàl.lics is a co-production of Spanish Brass and Barcelona Auditorium.
